Beet Salad: delicious in just about every way, really like the flavor profile with two similar things with slight differences, the different beets and vinaigrettes really balance well

Fennel, Nectarine, & Chev: stunningly simply and delicious, sometimes we just shouldn’t mess with perfect flavors

Greek Salad: just like Yia Yia would make it, except for the iceberg. Eating with bread is mandatory.

Herb-Baked Eggs w/Arugula: great for breakfast or just about any other time, made in less than 10 minutes.

Lemon Fusili Pasta Salad: best served chilled, w/ or w/o chicken.

Seared Duck Breast w/Kohlrabi, Fennel, & Blueberry Salad: seasonal salad w/fatty duck, inspired by CSA farm share.

Summer Squash Panzanella Salad: sold out instantly as a seasonal salad at Etno, loved it so much I made it at home, one of my very favorites.
