  1. What did you serve them with (in your picture)? Is that beer cheese sauce? I have never heard of that, did you make it yourself? Thank you for this recipe. I just found your blog and am a new fan! Keep up the awesome work.

    • I eat my pretzels with anything ranging from mustard, olive oil, beer cheese, and honey. I made the beer cheese w/onion, jalapeno, and red peppers, reduced the beer, then melted a ton of leftover cheeses I had in my fridge. I probably couldn’t recreate it perfectly, but the idea works for any cheeses!
