Friends and family, travelers of the great Internet, I apologize for my lack of posts, but I do have good reason, I am employed at Etno Village Grill. Times are great and I’ll talk at length more about what I do, but for a taste check out Etno’s blog here that I update regularly. In the meantime, feast your eyes on this burger, one that the infamous Chris Banta said was the best burger he ever ate.
Sometimes words don’t do justice to something great. How many different ways to say Michael Jordan was the best ever are there? Led Zeppelin influenced just about every rock band ever created. We know these facts. Here’s another fact to drop on you, the Cason Burger is the best burger I have eaten in this city, and I’m not the only one. Take a moment and think about this: a half pound hand formed grass fed Q7 Ranch beef patty at a juicy medium rare, a rich Camembert cheese covering topped with Ginger poached pears topped with crispy applewood smoked bacon drizzled with dijon mustard in between a light and airy brioche bun. As Homer Simpson said, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
I don’t know how our General Manager and Chef Chris Cason came up with it, but I’m glad he did. Rather than me struggle at telling you about the perfectly unique combination of Ginger pears and dijon mustard, of crispy bacon and creamy Camembert cheese, just come in to Etno Village Grill as soon as possible and witness the power of the Cason Burger!
